Steamboat's Houston Mader eyes a massive holiday hoagie before wrestling practice Friday. Mader is one of Steamboat's wrestlers who has developed diet plans to adjust to the two-pound weight allowance that wrestlers use to move into lighter weight classes after the winter break.
