There have been a lot of changes at Winter Park Resort since Intrawest started managing the mountain and developing the base area in 2002. Construction is occurring on phase one of the base area. The phase is expected to cost more than $100 million and includes 194 residential units, a commercial core know as the Village, a parking garage and a gondola to the parking area.
