Jon Cariveau, far right, celebrates his third-place victory in the Masters 35+ division of the Boulder Cup on Nov. 5 with his son Ely. The race was the fourth stop on the country's premier six-race series, the Crank Brothers U.S. Gran Prix of Cyclocross. Cariveau's training partner and fellow racer Glen Light noted how the Masters division is the next fastest race division to the pro/elite class, featuring experienced and retired pro racers. New Jersey's Roger Aspholm won the division, center, and Littleton's Dennis Farrell took second.
