The so-called Sweet Pea two are free this morning. Gile Charle and David Siller walked out of the Routt County jail Wednesday after the District Attorney’s Office reduced their jail sentence from six months to time served. No one disputed that Charle and Siller took food from Sweet pea Produce on Yampa Street on June 26. Ultimately, store owner Jonathan Hieb’s insistence that the men never got inside his store became key to the District Attorney’s decision.
