12:58 a.m. Steamboat Springs police officers were called to a report of a person complaining about loud music and people making a lot of noise in the 600 block of Pine St. When officers arrived, everything was quiet.

12:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a Chevrolet truck that had two dogs locked in the cab since about 7 a.m. on Village Drive. Officers were unable to locate the truck.

2:41 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone who reported a rock had been thrown through the window of their condo in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. The person at fault has not been found. Officers took a report.

5:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of rings and a necklace, valued at around $5,000, which were stolen from a business in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:51 p.m. Officers were called to check on a guest who was renting a condo in the 1900 block of Ski Time Square. Upon entering the unit, they found a baggie with a white powder substance in it on the kitchen floor. Officers field-tested the substance and found that it was in fact cocaine. The officers disposed of the substance.

10:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of vehicles racing up and down the road, bumper to bumper near Bear Drive and Val D Isere Circle.

11:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fireworks being set off near Missouri Street and Logan Avenue. The officers were unable to locate who set off the fireworks.
