Steamboat Springs — A man in his 30s and a teenager were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center this morning with minor injuries after a head-on car collision on Fish Creek Falls Road, according to Steamboat Springs Police Department Sgt. Scott Middleton.
Middleton said the crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. when the man, driving an SUV pulling a boat, suffered a seizure while driving north on Fish Creek Falls Road. His SUV drifted into the southbound lane, striking a truck with two teenagers inside.
The man and the passenger in the other truck were transported to the hospital.
The man had two children in the SUV who were uninjured, Middleton said.
