Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:08 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of loud music in the 1000 block of Thornburg Street. A warning was issued.

2:58 a.m. Officers were called to a report of drug use in the 100 block of Logan Avenue. A 28-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and for providing a false name.

7:55 a.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to investigate smoke on Farwell Mountain.

10:02 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 3100 block of Chinook Lane who received unwanted phone calls.

10:24 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help with a crash in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:49 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 300 block of South Pine Street.

1:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of tires stolen in the 1900 block of Cornice Road.

1:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fraud at a bank in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

3 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fraud at a bank in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver tailgating and driving aggressively at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. The driver could not be located.

6:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver swerving at Downhill Plaza and Elk River Road. A warning was issued.

8:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fireworks in the first block of Highland Circle.

9:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fireworks at the Meadows parking lot.

10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who heard what might have been a gunshot in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police contacted a car. There were no guns in the car, and police learned the noise was from fireworks.
