Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:53 p.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a window that had been broken at a bus shelter at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue.

2:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that had hit a handicapped parking sign and then drove away in the 1700 block of Central Park Drive. Colorado State Patrol troopers stopped the car and arrested the driver, a 48-year-old woman, on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, violation of a protection order, no proof/evidence of insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.

2:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was assaulted on Blue Sage Circle.

4 p.m. Officers were called to a report of trash bags that fell from a truck at Walton Creek Road and Apr├Ęs Ski Way.

4:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged at Steamboat Springs High School.

5:03 p.m. Officers were called to a report of skis stolen from the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

8:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a cellphone lost in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
