12:15 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Pamela Lane.
1:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of two drunken men who were fighting at a bar in the 800 block of Yampa Street. Police then received another call from a bar on Seventh and Lincoln about the men. Officers caught up with the men at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. One man was taken to detox, and both were issued tickets for disorderly conduct because they were fighting in public.
1:04 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car parked at a church in the 1100 block of Central Park Drive. Police found a man was camping inside the car. He was issued a ticket because he had been given several warnings about not camping in his car where he wasn’t supposed to be.
3:32 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road. A neighbor saw someone rummaging through a car in the parking lot. Police determined the person owned the vehicle.
3:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft of two skateboards that were taken from a bus stop in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
6:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. Police could not find the person.
7:35 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of smoke inside a building in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway. An exhaust fan in a bathroom malfunctioned and filled part of the building with smoke.
10:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court. Security guards at a hotel reported a drunken man was yelling and had wandered into a construction area at the hotel. The man was gone when officers arrived.
