Steamboat Springs — 5:43 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. A person apparently tried to kick in a door at a business and set off an alarm but did not get inside.
6:21 a.m. Police stopped to help a person at Conestoga Way.
1:01 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a juvenile situation in the Hayden area.
1:09 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a burglary alarm in the 300 block of East Main Street in Oak Creek. It was a false alarm.
1:12 p.m. Police were called to a burglary alarm in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue. It was a false alarm.
2:24 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car that slid off the road near mile marker 5 on Routt County Road 38. There were no injuries.
3:25 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft of two televisions from a hotel in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. A person reportedly took the televisions, valued at $300 each, out of an exercise room.
5:09 p.m. Police were called to a report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. A reportedly car had driven onto a sidewalk and over a tree.
5:50 p.m. Deputies and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a report of a car crash near mile marker 116 on U.S. Highway 40. A car reportedly hit a deer, and the accident caused another car to swerve off the road. There were no injuries.
6:11 p.m. Police arrested a 59-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of driving under the influence, making a left turn from the wrong lane and driving with an expired license after a traffic stop at Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.
7:13 p.m. Police contacted a person at Mount Werner Road and Eagleridge Drive. The person reported that a juvenile was lost but was found a short time later.
8:18 p.m. Deputies and Hayden police were called to a report of a family disturbance in Hayden. They mediated the situation.
11:39 p.m. Police were asked to check on a person in the 500 block of Rollingstone Drive. An 82-year-old woman reportedly set off an alarm for help, but she was fine.
