Steamboat Springs — 12:03 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a complaint about a loud party in the first block of Anglers Drive. Everything was quiet when officers arrived.
1:22 a.m. Police were called to a report of a woman yelling at a man in the 3300 block of Columbine Drive.
1:37 a.m. Police were called to a report of an unruly customer at a bar in the 600 block of Yampa Street. Officers gave the man a courtesy ride to Old Fish Creek Falls Road.
2:27 a.m. Police were called to a report of an assault in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue where a man who reportedly was urinating on a car was assaulted by two men. The assailants left, and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders took the injured man to Yampa Valley Medical Center with scratches and a bruise to his head. Officers are investigating.
3:48 a.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident in Dream Island Plaza where a man reportedly tried to open the door of a home and then ran away.
10:35 a.m. Police were called to a two-car, noninjury crash on Victory Highway where an SUV with a plow and a truck reportedly collided.
1:39 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for a welfare check in the 700 block of Pine Street where a woman with a medical alert bracelet reportedly triggered the alarm. Emergency responders could not contact the woman and broke into the house, but she was not home.
2:24 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a report of a crash between two trucks in the 29000 block of Routt County Road 27. Medical crews took a 51-year-old man to YVMC.
3 p.m. Police were called to a report of a bicycle stolen from the first block of Cedar Court about a week ago.
4:06 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car that drove past a school bus with its stop sign out and lights on at Silver Spur and Purple Sage streets.
4:31 p.m. Police were called to a report of a hit-and-run crash in the parking lot of the police station in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
8:45 p.m. Police arrested a 20-year-old Hayden man when he tried to get his wallet back from the police station because the man had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
9:54 p.m. Police were called to a report of a truck that had been sitting at a gas station on Kamar Plaza with its lights on and people inside for more than an hour. Officers talked to the people and sent them on their way.
11:48 p.m. Police were called to a report of a woman who was getting harassing text messages. Officers determined that there was nothing criminal.
