12:44 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a complaint about a loud party in the 500 block of Buena Vista Court. Officers issued an oral warning.

12:46 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about a loud party in the 1000 block of Sparta Plaza. Officers issued an oral warning.

7:25 a.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a car crash at Sixth Street and Jefferson Avenue in Hayden.



9:11 a.m. Steamboat police were called to a report of a stack of iTunes gift cards in the 1500 block of Flattop Circle. Officers determined that the cards were stolen from a local store but were not activated, so the loss was minimal.

9:49 a.m. Police and Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a juvenile situation in Heritage Park. Police turned the case over to deputies because the incident was outside of city limits. No more information was available.



10:27 a.m. Police were called to a report of an insufficient check in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

11:46 a.m. Police were called to a report of metal debris on Lincoln Avenue between Third and Fourth streets. Officers helped remove the debris.

11:59 a.m. An animal control officer picked up a female husky that was loose and took it to the Steamboat Springs Animal Shelter.

12:18 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car driving with a bad tire near mile marker 111 on U.S. Highway 40.

12:39 p.m. Police were called to a complaint about a brown husky loose that was following a woman who was walking. An animal control officer took the dog to the shelter.

12:47 p.m. Police were called to a report of vandalism in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue where a bus stop and a couple of signs reportedly were covered in graffiti from a permanent marker.

1:32 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Brandon Circle and U.S. 40

1:54 p.m. The Oak Creek Police Department officer was called to a report of a burglary in the 200 block of Sharp Avenue in Oak Creek.

4:45 p.m. Oak Creek police were called to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of South Moffat Avenue.

5:30 p.m. Steamboat police were called to a report of a one-car crash in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive where a car rolled down a driveway. There were no injuries.

7:11 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident where a person reported that another person was coming into town to start a fight. Officers could not find the person reportedly coming to town.

9:33 p.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a group of people reportedly was hanging around near a business that was closed. Officers talked to the people, and everything was fine.

9:48 p.m. Police were called to a report of a cat hit by a car at Lincoln Avenue near 13th Street. The cat was dead and had no tags. Officers took it to the shelter.

9:56 p.m. Police were called to a report of a domestic dispute, where a person heard neighbors yelling. Officers talked to the people involved and determined that the sound was from two people having sex.

11 p.m. Police were called to a report of a car crash in the 2600 block of Abbey Road, where a man reportedly drove off the edge of the road while trying to park. Officers arrested the man on suspicion of driving under the influence.

11:51 p.m. Police were called to a report of a man yelling at cars and trying to kick over newspaper stands in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police gave the man a warning.
