12:09 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a dog loose in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The dog was taken to the shelter.

12:32 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a couple arguing in Steamboat. The woman was upset because the man cheated on her.

9:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a backpack found containing drug paraphernalia on a bus in the 1400 block of 13th Street.



9:37 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a piece of construction equipment parked in a downtown alley. The equipment was parked legally.

9:52 a.m. Officers were called to check on a man who had not returned from a bike ride. The man was at his brother’s house.



10:48 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a mother who was concerned because she had not talked to her son in a long time. Police put her in contact with law enforcement agencies that had contact with her son.

10:57 a.m. Officers found a bike in a ditch in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:02 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a person who had been bitten by a dog in Clark.

2:03 p.m. Officers were called by a person who was concerned about a dog in a car in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

2:05 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of missing patio furniture in the 27700 block of Silver Spur. The furniture might have blown away.

2:21 p.m. Officers were called to a report of children playing in water at the flooded Howelsen Tunnel. They were gone when officers arrived.

2:21 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car off the road near mile marker 3 on Routt County Road 25 in Oak Creek. No one was hurt.

3:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person concerned about a dog in a truck in a parking lot on Anglers Drive.

3:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that backed into another car in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

3:48 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a motorcycle swerving in and out of traffic near Steamboat II. It could not be found.

3:57 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman stealing hot dogs and other items from a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

4 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car backing into another car at Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

4:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a mother and son arguing. Police helped mediate the situation.

4:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud music coming from a garage in the 3300 block of Willowbrook Court. There was no noise when officers arrived.

7:23 p.m. Officers helped Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders with a 29-year-old man with facial trauma in the 400 block of Yahmonite Road.

7:56 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who came out of a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue and saw someone trying to steal his bike.

10:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear cub scared up a tree in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
