12:52 a.m. An intoxicated man reportedly was passed out in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. He woke up, and a responsible party was able to help him get home.

7:59 a.m. A welfare check was requested on the Yampa River Core Trail between Eighth and Ninth streets.

8:47 a.m. A welfare check was requested in the 30 block of Balsam Court.

9:28 a.m. A fight between roommates was reported in Mt. Village Circle. The fight was settled amicably.

9:39 a.m. A group of men reportedly were arguing in the 2400 block of U.S. Highway 40. One man was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief, and another was arrested on suspicion of harassment and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana, which was found at the residence.

10:20 a.m. A dog bite was reported in the area of Columbine Drive.

7:04 p.m. An animal complaint was reported in the 1500 block of Kinnikinnick Lane.

7:54 p.m. A bear call was reported in the 1800 block of Ranch Road.

8:42 p.m. A person standing outside in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive reportedly saw a baggie blowing by with weeds in it. She reported the incident and gave the baggie to police. It did not contain enough material in it to test whether it was an illegal substance.

9:14 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in the AprÃs Ski Way area.

9:42 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 3800 block of Whistler Road.

10:59 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Indian Trails and is under investigation.
