12:19 a.m. A fire was reported on Routt County Road 53, 1.5 miles south of U.S. Highway 40. The fire destroyed an office trailer and several couches and chairs that were near the trailer. Arson is suspected, and the fire is under investigation.

12:35 a.m. A business in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue reported accidentally leaving a display rack outside after closing. Officers secured the rack until it could be taken inside.

1:29 a.m. A drunken woman was reported harassing her boyfriend in the 700 block of Mountain Vista Circle. The 18-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, harassment and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

3:27 a.m. A drunken man reportedly entered a neighbor’s trailer in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:35 a.m. A construction company was reported beginning construction before 7 a.m. on Sandhill Circle and was warned and advised by officers.

7:42 a.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

9:17 a.m. A woman and her mother were reported yelling and being verbally abusive to employees at a business in the 1900 block of Alpine Plaza. The women were gone when officers arrived.

10:46 a.m. Several construction site stakes were reported broken, and a portable toilet was reported tipped over in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. A report was taken, and the situation is under investigation.

3:15 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident between a sport utility vehicle and a transit bus was reported at Pine Grove Road and U.S. 40.

5:33 p.m. A large pile of gravel was reported taking up a lane of traffic on Hillside Drive. Officers notified the Public Works Department.

8:20 p.m. A 62-year-old man was reported unconscious but breathing after he fell out of the second-story window he was trying to replace in the 1100 block of Blue Sage Drive. The man was taken by ambulance to Yampa Valley Medical Center and later was flown to a Denver hospital.

10:31 p.m. A woman called police after her daughter took her car without permission and then returned home in the 500 block of Anglers Drive. The woman wanted officers to talk to her daughter and her friends about stealing the car.

10:37 p.m. An employee in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue reported receiving harassing phone calls from a customer who said he had received poor service earlier in the day. The business wanted to handle the call itself.

10:53 p.m. A large, loud party was reported in the 1400 block of Athens Plaza and was quieted down by security. The party was contacted again after several people tried breaking into a swimming pool. Officers warned and advised the people.
