Midnight. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers helped Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders with a small electrical fire at a restaurant in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:39 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a screaming noise in the first block of Mountain Village Circle. Officers determined it most likely came from an animal.

4:32 a.m. Officers were called to a report of two teenage boys throwing fireworks from a building in the 2200 block of Apr├ęs Ski Way. They could not find the teens.

7:30 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of cows on Routt County Road 42.

8:13 a.m. Officers helped emergency responders with a 68-year-old man possibly having a stroke in the 1300 block of Blue Sage Drive.

10:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a dog howling in an apartment in the 3100 block of Columbine Drive. The dog reportedly howls frequently, and officers gave a warning.

11:04 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that backed into a delivery truck in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

11:14 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of two dogs loose near mile marker 56 on Colorado Highway 131.

12:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a damaged car in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

1:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who saw blood in a parking lot in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Officers found that the blood came from someone who had an injury that wasn't serious.

1:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of trailers parked in the 1900 block of Clubhouse Drive.

2:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an upset tenant in the 600 block of Oak Street.

3:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a shopping cart that rolled into a car in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man walking around who might have been trying to conceal a rifle. Officers could not find the man.

4:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a parent who found marijuana and a pipe in a child's room in the 300 block of Cherry Drive. A summons was issued to the juvenile for possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

4:32 p.m. Officers helped emergency responders with a 63-year-old Clark woman who was walking in front of a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive and was hit by a car. The 76-year-old Steamboat woman who was driving was issued a citation for careless driving causing bodily injury.

7:06 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a four-wheeler tipped over on C.R. 44A. It was gone when deputies arrived.

8:38 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a motorcycle license plate stolen in Milner.

9:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of children throwing water balloons into a parking lot in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Police could not find them.

11:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of two people sleeping in a car on Lithia Springs Road. The people were told they could not sleep there.
