12:05 a.m. A fireworks complaint was reported in the 2500 block of Riverside Drive. The people setting the fireworks off were warned and advised by officers.
3:42 a.m. An 85-year-old man in the 600 block of Pine Street was taken to the hospital after he reported having difficulty breathing.
8:22 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 3000 block of Village Drive.
9:02 a.m. A dog at large was reported in the 100 block of 10th Street and was taken to the animal shelter.
9:26 a.m. A bike reportedly was stolen in the 300 block of Third Street after it had been left in front of a garage.

12:34 p.m. A vehicle reportedly was vandalized in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Eighth Street. The owner noticed key marks on the side of the car.
2:01 p.m. A possibly abandoned BMX bike was found on the Yampa River Core Trail near the rodeo grounds.
2:10 p.m. Sheriff’s deputies responded to a suspicious incident in the 2000 block of Shield Drive. Several people were pulled over on the side of the road and were taking pictures of construction work.
3:29 p.m. A lost cell phone was reported in the area of Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
4:29 p.m. Several dirt bikes were reported racing down Tamarack Drive and Fish Creek Falls Road, but officers were unable to locate the riders.
5:23 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
5:26 p.m. A truck reportedly hit a trashcan full of grease in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue and left the scene. The grease spilled all over the parking lot. The Department of Public Works and firefighters responded to the spill.
5:38 p.m. A wallet containing $300 reportedly was stolen in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The owner thought she was pick-pocketed. A report was taken.
6:46 p.m. A man turned himself into the Routt County Sheriff’s Office for an existing arrest warrant.
7:40 p.m. A window reportedly was broken in the 400 block of Yampa Street. The person could not find the object that was thrown into the window but reported broken glass inside the home. The person suspected her neighbor, and a criminal incident report was taken.
11:01 p.m. Two juveniles were given minor-in-possession citations in the 3800 block of Whistler Road after officers stopped a vehicle in which they were passengers.
11:39 p.m. A young woman reportedly was staggering across the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue and walking in the road. A resident tried to talk to her, but as soon as the man turned his back, the girl left the area, and officers were unable to locate her.
