4:55 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of people walking down the street cursing loudly in the 400 block of Blue Sage Circle. The people were gone when officers arrived.

6:04 a.m. Police were called to assist Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders on an ambulance request for an elderly male who fell and hurt his hip.

8:02 a.m. Someone found a bicycle at McKinley and East Maple streets. No one has claimed it yet.



10:15 a.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a carbon monoxide alarm in the 2500 block of Ski Trail Lane.

10:49 a.m. Police and deputies responded to a report that someone was weaving on U.S. Highway 40 in Mount Harris canyon. The vehicle was found and the person was not intoxicated, but officers gave a warning for weaving.



11:14 a.m. Police were called to an complaint about an animal in the 100 block of 11th Street.

12:19 p.m. Police were called to a report of a dispute between two neighbors in the 1100 block Manitou Avenue. Officers issued a warning.

12:23 p.m. Police were called to a report of a dog locked in a car with the windows up at Walton Creek Road and U.S. Highway 40. A tow truck was call to help open the car, but the owners arrived first.

12:39 p.m. Police were called to a report of cars double parked in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:29 p.m. Police were called to a report of a fraud by postal money order at a local bank.

1:57 p.m. Police pulled over a 35-year-old Steamboat Springs man at Chinook Lane and Mariah Court and discovered he had a warrant. He was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for contempt of court.

2:04 p.m. Police and deputies were called to check on someone at Ninth and Oak streets who reportedly was passed out in the back of a car with the door open. The person and the car were gone when officers arrived.

2:14 p.m. Police were called to a report of shoplifting more than $200 worth of groceries in the1800 block of Central Park Drive where they arrested a 49-year-old Yampa woman on suspicion of theft.

2:30 p.m. Police were called to assist a citizen with a civil dispute with a moving company in the 100 block of Hill Street.

2:37 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a fraud in the 30000 block of Ormega Way in Oak Creek.

3:03 p.m. Police were called to the 1700 block of Meadow Lane to help the Cortez Police Department look for someone with a warrant.

3:31 p.m. Police were called to the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue to help the Cortez Police Department look for someone with a warrant.

4:30 p.m. Police were called to a report of a car passing other cars on a double-yellow line at Dream Island Plaza and U.S. Highway 40. The car was not located.

6:38 p.m. Police assisted Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue with an ambulance request.

7:06 p.m. Police were called to the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway for a person who was drunk and passed out. The person was transported to detox.

7:13 p.m. Police were called to a report of a gas skip in the 500 block of Marketplace Plaza. It turned out to be an error because the person thought they had paid.

7:33 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a report of an RV on fire in the 3700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The call was unfounded.

8:55 p.m. Someone lost something at the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway.

9:22 p.m. Police were called to a fight in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The parties were separated.

9:43 p.m. Police were called to a report of a code violation on Eagleridge Drive.

9:50 p.m. Police were called to a complaint about an animal in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:55 p.m. Police were called to a report of someone driving drunk near U.S. 40 and Anglers Drive. The vehicle was located and the driver wasn’t drunk.

10:51 p.m. Police warned a group of people swimming at Fetcher Pond.

10:55 p.m. Police were called to a burglary alarm in the 2800 block of Downhill Plaza. Everything was fine.

11:29 p.m. Police were called to a disturbance at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
