Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:16 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 3300 block of Sunburst Court. Officers gave a verbal warning.

2:53 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian at the Gondola Transit Center. The person was taken to detox.



6:41 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a burglary in the 500 block of Oak Street. The incident is under investigation.

8:52 a.m. Officers were called to a report of lost property at Torian Plum Plaza. A person lost a cellphone.



9:50 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in Walton Pond Circle. A verbal warning was given.

9:54 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 1200 block of Saratoga Avenue.

10:07 a.m. Officers were called to a report of lost property on a Steamboat Springs Transit bus. A purse was returned to its owner.

Noon Officers were called to a report of a drunken driver in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road. A person was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order barring the individual from consuming alcohol.

1:03 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a theft in the 3100 block of Burgess Creek Road. A man noticed a snowboard was missing from the back of his truck. The snowboard has not been found.

2:17 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a motorcycle towing a trailer near mile marker 104 on U.S. Highway 40. The caller was concerned about the situation and said the motorcycle was stopped at a rest stop west of Hayden. Deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.

7:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian on Whistler Road. Officers were unable to locate the person.

11:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a one-car, noninjury crash in the 900 block of Weiss Drive. A large truck ran into the awning at the Southside Station gas station.

11:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian at Village Drive and Après Ski Way. Officers were unable to locate the person.
