12:44 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers talked to a person in the first block of Seventh Street and issued a citation for urinating in public.

1:38 a.m. Police arrested a 32-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana. The man also was issued a citation for urinating in public.

1:46 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a car crash on Routt County Road 33 at Apple Flats. A car rolled off the road. There were no injuries.



7:24 a.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about an animal on Schussmark Trail in Oak Creek. Two dogs were running loose.

7:52 a.m. Deputies were called to help a driver in the 2000 block of Shield Drive.



8 a.m. Police were called to a report of a cold sex assault.

8:29 a.m. Police were called to a report of a two-vehicle, noninjury car crash at U.S. Highway 40 and Pine Grove Road. Officers issued a citation.

9:46 a.m. Deputies were called to a request to help a driver near mile marker 17 on C.R. 33.

10:50 a.m. Police were called to a complaint that a black Labrador retriever was running loose in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

11:21 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a report of a car fire in the 700 block of Lillian Lane in Oak Creek.

11:53 a.m. Police were called to a report of a two-vehicle, noninjury car crash at Ski Trail and Poma lanes.

12:06 p.m. Police were called to a report of a cold hit-and-run crash in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

12:10 p.m. Police were called to a report of a missing 38-year-old woman from the 1300 block of Mountain Village Circle. No more information was available.

2:25 p.m. Police were called to a report of a cold theft in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

3:06 p.m. Police were called to a report of a hit-and-run crash in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A witness provided a description of the vehicle. Officers are trying to get in touch with the driver.

4:22 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-vehicle, noninjury car crash at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers issued a citation for careless driving.

4:40 p.m. Police were called to a report of a noninjury car crash in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:04 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a hit-and-run crash in the 500 block of West Jefferson Avenue.

5:13 p.m. Police were called to a report that a car was keyed in the Knoll Parking Lot. Police said they don’t have any leads but are investigating.

5:16 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a hit-and-run crash in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Shield Drive.

5:39 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and deputies were called to a request for an ambulance. A 32-year-old man involved in a snowmobile accident refused medical treatment.

10:35 p.m. Police were called to help a driver at U.S. 40 and Riverside Drive.

11:12 p.m. Police contacted a person at U.S. 40 and Walton Creek Road. The person, who was standing in the road, was waiting for a bus.
