12:56 a.m. Police pulled over a 34-year-old Steamboat Springs man at U.S. Highway 40 and Old Fisk Creek Falls Road and arrested him on suspicion on being a fugitive of justice for dangerous drugs, driving under revocation and driving under the influence.

1:12 a.m. Deputies, Colorado State Patrol troopers and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a reported one-car crash at C.R. 22 and C.R. 14 where a truck had gone off the road and rolled onto its hood. There were no injuries.

5:23 a.m. Deputies and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a car crash at C.R. 27 and U.S. 40. The driver refused transport for his or her injuries, and the case was turned over to Colorado State Patrol.



7:31 a.m. At theft was reported in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

8:25 a.m. Deputies were called to a reported two-car crash at C.R. 14 and C.R. 14D. There were no injuries, a deputy said.



5:28 p.m. Police were called a reported two-car crash at Eighth and Oak streets. Police said a Dodge Durango and a Ford pickup truck slid into each other and that there was substantial damage to the Ford.

5:45 p.m. Police were called to liquor violations in various locations in Steamboat Springs. Police said officers in plain clothes performed alcohol compliance checks at Steamboat Springs liquor sellers. Four sellers were found to be in violation. The names of those businesses were not available Saturday.

5:59 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a drunken driver on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 46.

6:10 p.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken driver at Steamboat Boulevard and Mount Werner Road.

6:33 p.m. Deputies were called to an abandoned vehicle on C.R. 14 near mile marker 10. Officers arrested a 33-year-old Oak Creek man on suspicion on DUI.

7:39 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident in Steamboat Springs. Police said someone had received a text message on his or her cell phone that appeared to be a scam. The person who received the message did not respond to it, police said.

11:52 p.m. Deputies were called to a car accident at U.S. 40 and Colo. 131. Officers arrested a 29-year-old California man on suspicion of DUI.
