2:01 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a drunken person at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers drove the person home.
6:14 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a dead cat in the road at Pine Grove Road and South Lincoln Avenue. Officers removed the cat.
9:23 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a Chihuahua found on Curve Plaza. The animal was taken to the shelter.
11:12 a.m. Officers were called to a report of cash missing from a downtown business on Lincoln Avenue.
11:42 a.m. Oak Creek, Yampa and North Routt fire protection districts firefighters, Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters and Office of Emergency Management officials were called to a wildfire on Routt County Road 16 near Stagecoach. A downed power line caused the fire, and crews controlled the burn.
3:31 p.m. Someone found a check made out for $5,000 in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. The check was returned to the person who had written it.
5:34 p.m. Someone called police about a tarp that looked like it might blow onto the highway near Snow Bowl Plaza.
5:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of $15 in gas stolen from a gas station on South Lincoln Avenue.
7:42 p.m. Someone called police to ask whether he or she could leave a car, which would not start, in a parking spot overnight. Officers said yes.
8:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person on the bus at Ski Trail Lane and Après Ski Way. Officers gave the person a ride home.
9:51 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint of loud music in the first block of Cypress Court. Officers issued a warning.
10 p.m. Colorado State Patrol troopers, Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a car crash at mile marker 4 of C.R. 36. Crews were responding to a vehicle fire when another car backed off the road and rolled. None of the passengers were transported to the hospital.
10:47 p.m. Officers pulled over a 61-year-old Steamboat Springs man for weaving in the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers arrested the man for driving under the influence, weaving, driving under revocation and failure to yield.
11:06 p.m. Police contacted a drunken person at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers told the person to go home.
