Steamboat Springs — 12:14 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a noise complaint for loud music near the 300 block of Parkview Drive. Officers issued a verbal warning.
12:33 a.m. Police were called to a noise complaint for loud music in the 800 block of Nob Street. Officers issued a verbal warning.
1:13 a.m. Police contacted a person in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:34 a.m. Police and mental health professionals contacted a person at Elk River Road and U.S. Highway 40. Officers gave the person a courtesy ride home.
1:54 a.m. Police arrested a 20-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, minor in possession, careless driving, failing to signal a turn, disregarding a traffic control device, unsafe backing, resisting arrest, second-degree assault on a police officer and unlawful possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance after a traffic stop at Dream Island Plaza and U.S. 40.
1:57 a.m. Police were called to assist a motorist at Fish Creek Falls Road near the Boulder Ridge subdivision. A driver was having vehicle issues and was given a courtesy ride home.

1:45 p.m. Police arrested a 33-year-old Steamboat man on outstanding warrants in Steamboat and Kansas related to prior charges of assault in the 2600 block of Bronc Buster Loop.
4:22 p.m. Police were called to a two-vehicle, noninjury car crash in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:29 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of domestic violence in Oak Creek.
5:06 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a fire alarm in Hayden.
5:47 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to a fire alarm in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
6:27 p.m. Police were called to a complaint that a vehicle was driving erratically in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers issued a warning.
6:32 p.m. Police were called to a report of vandalism at Après Ski Way and Longthong Road. People were throwing snowballs at Steamboat Springs Transit buses. Officers were unable to locate them.
9:27 p.m. Police were called to check the welfare of an intoxicated female in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Neighbors stayed with the woman so she wouldn't have to be taken to detox.
10:33 p.m. Deputies and Oak Creek Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in Yampa.
11:36 p.m. Police were called to assist Colorado State Patrol troopers with a traffic stop at 11th and Oak streets.
