Suspicious van tagged for towing: The Record for Thursday, June 8, 2017

The Record

8:07 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of harassment in the 2100 block of Mount Werner Circle. A woman reportedly shoved another woman from behind during a verbal argument. The woman was issued a citation for harassment.
3:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a van parked outside of someone’s home in the 2800 block of Honeysuckle Lane. The vehicle was tagged to be towed at a later time.
4:04 p.m. Officers talked to someone who had questions about a chipped windshield in the City Market parking lot.
4:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a debit card found at the Wild Horse Gallery.
8:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at a hotel in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court. Police looked into a physical altercation between a man and a woman.
8:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Broomtail Lane and Mount Werner Road. A passerby saw a man who appeared to be bloody in a vehicle parked on the side of the road. Police suspected the man was in a fight with his brother, and he was taken to the hospital.
11:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear getting into trash cans that were supposedly bear proof in the 3800 block of Whistler Road.
