Steamboat’s adoptable pets: Ned the dog and Sima the cat

Ned is a 5-year-old male dog ready to join the world of hiking, biking, camping and other fun adventures. He really enjoys other dogs, so he’ll fit in well in this mountain town. Ned is still learning to be friends with all the people he meets, but as soon as he trusts someone, he’s in love.

Ned may be a herding dog mix, which explains why he likes to lean on his favorite people, but he’s also Labrador. Ned wiggles, will do spins and will lay on his back for belly rubs all day. He’s not supposed to jump up and give kisses, but sometimes Ned is overcome with love.

Sima is a 3-year-old, short-haired female cat. She’s an albino cat, making her a rare beauty. She’s sweet and can be a little shy at first, but does love cuddles and affection. Sima can get along with other cats, but if she had her choice, would rather be the only feline in your life.

Sima has a little sensitivity to sunlight, so she’d like to be an indoor cat only. Once she has a chance to warm up, you’ll see Sima’s loving and affectionate side.
