• The Hayden High School boys basketball team had a season to remember, running undefeated through the Western Slope League. And that season was appropriately honored last month as the Tigers earned the most all-league honors of any team in the area. Hayden boys basketball team leads all-conference lists

• A Saturday meet at Eagle Valley had coaches feeling optimistic as area athletes recorded some of their best times and distances of the season. Local track teams running into action

• There were big wins for the Steamboat Springs boys and girls high school lacrosse teams and the stage was set for a big game for the girls soccer squad. High School sports roundup for April 8
