Steamboat Ski Area announces Vasque as official footwear

Steamboat Springs — Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp.’s official footwear for the next three years will be Vasque, according to a news release.
The partnership will include joint marketing, social and digital partnerships and product testing, and several outdoor departments will use Vasque footwear, the release states.
Resort employees this winter will wear the Vasque Snow Junkie insulated boot, according to the release.
"We are delighted to partner with one of the world's premier outdoor performance footwear companies," Rob Perlman, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Ski Corp. said in the release. "It is readily apparent that Vasque provides the products that a majority of our guests use as well as provides a reputation for outstanding quality, service and technological insight."
"We are proud to be named the official footwear of Steamboat Ski and Resort," Julie Quinn, marketing manager for Vasque, said in a release. "The connection with such a world-class, authentic western ski town and resort is a great fit. Our footwear is made for all day comfort on the trail, whether it is covered in snow, dirt or rock, so to be represented on the mountain is ideal."
