Steamboat Springs — Jasper Good and Natalie Bohlmann led the way for a strong weekend of competition for Steamboat Springs Nordic combined skiers at the Junior Nationals in Minneapolis.
Steamboat skiers, competing with the Rocky Mountain Division team, raked in podium finishes, and Good and Bohlmann each won individual Nordic combined championships at the event.
Bohlmann won the J2 women's division, skiing to a 90-second win against teammate Kathleen O'Connell.
Good, meanwhile, won the J2 men's division by 34 seconds, ahead of Ben Loomis.
"We came here hoping those two would win gold, and they did, so mission accomplished," said Todd Wilson, Nordic director for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club.
