LiveWell conducts food assessment in county

LiveWell Northwest Colorado is conducting a countywide food assessment to find out how residents decide where to purchase food, what food they eat and what changes they would like to see in our food system. Results from the community survey will help the organization identify where to dedicate resources. Find the survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/LWNWCOFoodSurvey.
