Steamboat briefs: Piknik Theatre Festival in search of actors, staff
April 30, 2012
The fifth annual Piknik Theatre Festival will produce Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" as part of this summer's outdoor theater program. A yet-untitled original musical comedy also will be part of the program.
Auditions for actors are from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday an Monday at the Depot Art Center. Interested performers can prepare an audition piece or just show up. Those interested in production — costume building and marketing — should contact director Stuart Handloff at email@example.com.
The annual Piknik Theatre Festival is a collaboration among local performers and a group of professional actors who travel to Steamboat each summer from New Zealand.
