But fall behind early like Soroco did in each game Friday against Vail Christian, and any team will have a hard time winning. Vail Christian beat Soroco, 3-1, in Oak Creek. The Saints won, 28-26, 25-12, 22-25 and 25-19.

"That's been our story this whole season — coming from behind and pulling out games," Soroco coach Kim Reeves said. "We don't panic like when they were younger. I'm not sure that's a big thing for us. Our biggest thing is when we start making those errors and they start stacking on top of each other."

Soroco plays at 3:30 p.m. today at Vail Mountain.
