Preliminary autopsy results inconclusive for 26-year-old Minnesota woman

— A preliminary autopsy failed to determine how a 26-year-old Minnesota woman died March 20 at a Steamboat Springs hotel.

Routt County Coroner Rob Ryg said he now is awaiting toxicology test results to determine how Katelyn Lynch died.

Lynch was vacationing in Steamboat Springs with her brother from Minnesota and another brother who lives in Fort Collins.

It is thought a medical issue might have led to her death. Police said the death was not suspicious.
