On the market: Real estate surge comes at end of a quiet week
September 2, 2012
Steamboat Springs — A relatively quiet week for real estate closing wound up Friday with a surge.
First, a 2,426-square-foot, four-bedroom luxury condo at One Steamboat Place sold Friday to a Tennessee-based limited liability company for $1.875 million.
Then, a 0.84-acre building lot on the cul-de-sac at the top of Boulder Ridge — overlooking Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club, Emerald Mountain and the ski area — sold for $609,900.
The big sale at One Steamboat Place closely follows the sale in the first week in August of two other four-bedroom homes there for $1.735 million and $1.915 million.
