January 2, 2011
Steamboat Springs — Marabou developer Jeff Temple confirmed this week that his project had seen the sale of a 6.7-acre homestead lot for $2.9 million.
It was the first developer sale in months.
"We're very excited," Temple said. "the price was discounted, but it's not that far from prices four years ago."
Marabou ranch estate lots sold for $2.9 million, $4 million and $3.38 million in October, November and December 2006.
Temple said he was encouraged that there would be news of another sale at Marabou early in the New Year.
John Hillenbrand oversees the sales office at Marabou.
