Janet lived a life of simplicity and grace surrounding her family with books, music, hand sewn quilts and clothes, hand-knitted garments often made with her own hand spun yarn, gardens and flower arrangements. Her designs were often influenced by her love of nature and observations made on her almost daily walks.
Janet is survived by her five children, Mary (Robert Knizek) of Ballston Lake, NY, Thomas and Edward (Anne) of Steamboat Springs, CO, Michael (Diane) of Truckee, CA, and Jack (Jacquie) of Harwich, MA.
