Oak Creek Town Board to consider planning items Thursday

Steamboat Today

— The Oak Creek Town Board will consider planning items at Thursday night’s meeting along with a resolution delegating authority for election judges to the town administrator.

At 7 p.m. at town offices, the Town Board will hold a public hearing on a land-use change of minor impact at 201 Nancy Crawford Blvd. for a change from commercial to residential in Performance District 7.

The Town Board also will have a hearing on changes to flood plain regulations, and an ordinance amending the regulations will follow.

A resolution on Thursday’s agenda would delegate authority to appoint election judges to the town administrator or the deputy clerk.

Before the meeting ends, the Town Board will go into executive session for a performance review of Town Administrator Mary Alice Page-Allen. Page-Allen was hired Jan. 26, 2012.
