No new tenant identified for Central Park Plaza restaurant space
July 16, 2013
Steamboat Springs — Work is being done to ready a Central Park Plaza restaurant space for a new tenant, but no new tenant has been identified.
Mountain Dream Developers has been doing the demolition work inside the space that used to be occupied by the Panda Garden restaurant in Steamboat Springs. Panda closed in February.
An interior demolition permit has been pulled for the space, but a tenant finish permit has not been pulled.
Maxwell Gansline — of THF Realty, which owns and manages the busy shopping center — wrote in an email Tuesday that they are negotiating with a number of potential tenants but said no deals had been finalized.
