— Sometime in the 1920s there was a Texaco station built from river rock where The Victoria building now sits at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and 10th Street. The exact dates for its construction and eventual demolition remain somewhat mysterious, but there's a photo to confirm it was there.

That photo was on display Friday night at the Chief Theater as part of a larger exhibit: Lost Steamboat.
