Lions Club hosts Pictures with Santa 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday

Steamboat Springs Ski Town Lions Club will host Pictures with Santa from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Christy Sports in Central Park Plaza. The club will be offering the pictures for free, as a part of its annual Christmas tree fundraiser, which supports charitable contributions throughout the year.

Annual projects for the Lions include scholarships to local graduating seniors, donating money to LiftUp and Routt County United Way to help families purchase holiday dinners and helping local community members with eye-care and funds for unanticipated and life-changing expenses.

Christmas trees are being sold at the Christy Sports lot and the West End lot on the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street. Both lots are open from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Although Pictures with Santa are free, donations are appreciated.
