Bill and Roberta Pero traveled to Wyoming to visit family and friends for the long weekend.

Laurie and Richard Hallenbeck traveled to Grand Junction to attend the Breast Cancer Fashion Show on Oct. 8. Emily Hallenbeck was one of the models and hostesses for the show. They then went to the college and attended a free Rockestra concert. Toni Lombardi from Oak Creek is one of the five singers who performed. They put on a fantastic concert. Amazing what singing talent is out there and from our own local community. Toni's mother, Lori, and sister Tatum also attended the concert.

Rhonda Green, Jeannie Wixson, Janice Brown, Carol Stewart, Kris Brannan and Chris Cozzens attended the Rebekah Assembly in Grand Junction from Monday to Wednesday. Women from all over the state attended this assembly and they all had a good time.

Congratulations to the Totally Kids football teams for a great football season. They did a really good job this year in playing against the Craig teams. A big thank you to all the coaches who volunteer their time and to the parents who showed up to support their team.


Goodtime 4-H had its monthly meeting Monday. This is the time for members to start enrolling for 4-H. There are several 4-H clubs in the area. For more information, call the extension office at 879-0825.

The Hayden Chamber will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Hayden Public Library. Please come to the meeting and join the chamber in its many activities.

The Women's Fellowship from the Hayden Congregational Church will hold its annual Fall Soup and Salad Luncheon at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Meals are $6 for adults and $3 for children.

If you haven't registered for the Oil and Mineral Lease workshop Wednesday, you still can attend. Call Lindsay at the CNCC office to enroll at 276-7291.
