Healthy Eating: Roy Mazzola’s Meatballs

2 1/2 pounds ground beef (can use half pork if desired)
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup dried parsley
1/2 cup dried basil
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. For easy clean-up, line pan with foil before baking. Makes about 30 meatballs, but extra meatballs freeze well.
