NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT TO TITLE 16, ARTICLE 3, SECTION 16.03.040 OF THE TOWN OF HAYDEN LAND USE CODE TO ALLOW RELOCATION OF EXISTING MOTOR VEHICLE FUELING STATIONS AS A PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USE IN THE HD: HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ZONE DISTRICT ON MARCH 17, 2011.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been presented to the Town of Hayden, Colorado for a text amendment to the Hayden Land Use Code. The application seeks to add a new permitted principal use to the HD: Historic Downtown Zone District. The proposed new use would allow the relocation of a Motor Vehicle Fueling Station as a permitted principal use in the Historic Downtown District. This request will be heard in a Public Hearing before the Town Council on March 17, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. The Hearing will be held at the Haven Community Center, 302 South Shelton Lane, Hayden, Colorado.
Any interested person may appear at such Hearings and present evidence on this matter.
