thence N 89°36′ 32″ W, 649.19, feet along the South line of said
Section.22 to a Number 5 Rebar and Aluminum cap;
thence N 1°41’14” E, 1006.22 feet along the West line of said
E1/2 SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 22, to a Number 5 Rebar and Aluminum cap;
thence S 89°30’34” E, 649.70 feet to a Number 5 Rebar and
thence S 1° 43′ 07″ W, 1005.10 feet along the East line of said
Section 22 to the point of beginning.
AND: W1/2SE1/4SE1/4, Section 22, Townshipo 6 North, Range 87 West of the 6th P.M., Routt County, Colorado, as described in the deed recorded in Book 612 at Page 331, Routt County records.

Beginning at the GLO Brass Cap at the Southwest corner of said
NE1/4SE1/4 Section 22,
thence N 02° 02′ 54″ E along the West line of said NE1/4SE1/4, a distance of 335.77 feet;
thence S 89°10′ 06″ E a distance of 648,.47 feet;
thence S 02° 03′ 01″ W a distance of 335.77 feet to a point on
the South line of said NE1/4SE1/4;
thence N 89°10′ 08″ W along the South line, a distance of
648.65 feet to the point of beginning.
Basis of bearings – The monumented South line of the NE1/4SE1/4 Section
22, Both ends being GLO Brass Caps – N 89°16′ 00″ W.

Commencing at the GLO Brass Cap at the Southwest corner of said NE1/4SE1/4 Section 22, thence N 02°02′ 54″ E along the West line of said NE1/4SE1/4, a distance of 335.77 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence S 89°10′ 06″ E a distance of 648.47 feet;
thence N 02°03′ 01″ E a distance of 307.72 feet;
thence N 89°10′ 06″ W a distance of 648.48 feet to a point on
the West line of said NE1/4SE1/4;
thence S 02° 02′ 54″ W along the West line, a distance of 307.72
feet to the point of beginning.

The current holder of the Evidence of Debt secured by the Deed of Trust, described herein, has filed Notice of Election and Demand for sale as provided by law and in said Deed of Trust.
THEREFORE, Notice Is Hereby Given that I will at public auction, at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, 09/14/2011, at Office of the Public Trustee, Routt County Courthouse, 522 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the said real property and all interest of the said Grantor(s), Grantor(s)’ heirs and assigns therein, for the purpose of paying the indebtedness provided in said Evidence of Debt secured by the Deed of Trust, plus attorneys’ fees, the expenses of sale and other items allowed by law, and will issue to the purchaser a Certificate of Purchase, all as provided by law.
