Consideration to approve and authorization to sign the amendment to the reimbursement agreement between Routt County and Shell/SWEPI LP for Civil Design Consultants Inc. to perform the Road Engineering Study for the North Hayden well (No. 1-26) along C.R. 76 and 80 for the revised cost of $37,800, an increase of $2,500.
