5a. Discussion and consideration to provide a bonus award to county employees as part of the 2011 compensation package. The cost of the proposed bonus award is 2 percent of the average compensation of all county positions for a total of $329,000 with employees receiving a flat amount rather than a percentage of their wages or salaries. If approved, a supplemental budget will be required

■ The Routt County Board of Commissioners will be hearing a recommendation from the Routt County Multi Modal Advisory Board on Chip Seal aggregate size and roads throughout Routt County that need maintenance considerations.
