Consideration to approve and authorization to sign the reimbursment agreement between Routt County and Quicksilver Resources Inc. for the regravel of C.R. 52 loop. Two-inches will be placed to mitigate the traffic impacts for well 21-04.
B. IFB 334 CLASS 6 MATERIALS FOR C.R. 52
Consideration for approval and authorization of the chair person to sign the Notice of Award and associated contract documents, once approved by county attorney and once funds are received from Quicksilver Resources Inc. for the placement of 2 inches of Class 6 aggregate base course materials (gravel) on C.R. 52.
C. IFB 335 PATCH MATERIAL 2013
Consideration for approval and authorization of the chairperson to sign a purchase order for an estimated quantity of 3,000 tons of pavement patching material for the Road and Bridge Department.
