Items of routine and noncontroversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Routt County Board of Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item be pulled from the consent agenda.

■ Approval of Board of Commissioners minutes from regular meeting March 12, 2013

■ Approval of corrected assessments and/or abatements, as listed:

■ Approval of and authorization to have the chairperson sign a joint interest litigation agreement between Routt County, the Routt County District Attorney’s Office, the Hidden Springs Ranch Owners’ Association and the association’s legal counsel and relates to the case Hidden Springs Ranch Owners’ Association v. 4S Development et al.

■ Approval of the release of malcolm secondary unit removal agreement (PA1993-005).

■ Approval of the state human service electronic benefit transfer in the amount of $192,579.60 through March 2013.

■ Approval of and authorization to sign the FAA supplemental lease agreements for the Wide Area Multilateration radio sites and the associated public authorization certificate.

■ Consideration of items pulled from the consent agenda.
