Soda Creek Elementary art show is Monday

Soda Creek Elementary School’s annual art show is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday in the school’s media center. Students in grades one through five have worked hard on completing their pieces for this year’s show, art teacher Susanmarie Oddo said. More than 300 pieces of art will be shared with family and friends. Community members are encouraged to join this celebration of creativity. Fifth-grade students, who have been studying the art and artists of Mexico, created more than 50 piñatas that will hand from the media center ceiling.
