Michelle Krasilinec is the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association's new public relations manager.

Krasilinec is a Colorado native and has lived in Steamboat Springs for more than four years. She replaces Molly Killien, who is moving closer to family in the Northwest. Krasilinec has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Colorado in Boulder; has worked for Comcast, developing multitactical marketing campaigns; and has worked for the Denver Broncos in game-day marketing support, in direct contact with sponsors and media.

"Steamboat Springs is a true renaissance town. For me, this town is one of a kind and a place I now call home. It is the epitome of what a Western mountain town should be but with an exciting twist," Krasilinec said in a news release. "I feel extremely honored that in my new role I will be serving as an ambassador for Steamboat in the Summertime, and am excited to be working with such a talented group of women."

Krasilinec began her new job last week. Contact her at michelle@steamboatchamber.com or 970-875-7009.
