— RE/MAX Partners in Steamboat Springs has added Ryan Barclay to its company, according to a news release.

The release states that Barclay came to Steamboat on a ski racing scholarship and coached for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club.

Barclay has been in Steamboat for 18 years, the release states, and has been a real estate agent since 2005.

“We welcome Ryan’s professionalism, courtesy with clients and high integrity,” RE/MAX Partners broker/owner Stephan Baden said in the release.

Moving Mountains featured in Dallas Morning News

Steamboat Springs’ Moving Mountains luxury vacation home management company was featured Jan. 17 in the Dallas Morning News.

The article focused on the “growing national trend of multi-generational family travel,” according to a news release.

The release states that Moving Mountains has noticed an increase in bookings for large groups seeking larger-than-average vacation homes and manages luxury duplex residences that can combine to sleep between 20 to 30 guests.

“We’re dubbing it ‘The Rise of the Grandes,’” Moving Mountains president and co-founder Robin Craigen said in the release. “While any of our homes can be occupied by single families or small groups, several can be combined to accommodate larger party sizes. In recent years, we’ve seen growing demand for this type of ski vacationing, especially when it comes to multi-generational family travel. We’re happy to be capturing some national headlines promoting Steamboat as the great family destination that it is.”
